What is Curp? it is a recording instrument that is assigned to all
persons living in Mexico, as well as Mexicans living abroad, equivalent
to a  social security number in USA.

I am not from Mexico can I obtain a CURP?  yes but first you need to
obtain Temporary Resident Card or  Permanent Resident Card  

If you have a Temporary or Permanent Resident Card and you do not
see your CURP provide your full name and birthday,  we can look it up
for free. If is not on the system then you need to apply at (INM)
National Institute of Immigration.
