TEMPORARY MEXICO RESIDENCY  STATUS: Authorizes a foreigner (Non Mexican)  to
reside  in  Mexico for 1, 2, 3 or 4 years with the possibility of obtaining a work permit with
multiple entries ,  subject to a job offer.


    Who qualify for Temporary Mexico Residency Status?
  1. Applicants  with  ties to Mexican Citizens  or foreigners (Non Mexican) residing in
    Mexico with  temporary  or permanent residency status
  2. Applicants with job offer;  stating the occupation, physical address,  temporarily and
    proof of future employer ID registration number within Mexico Immigration
  3. Applicants whom own Mexico, real estate
  4. Applicants who  can proof a monthly NET  income of $26,508.00, Pesos Mexico
    currency, for the past six months
  5. Applicants who can proof investments or bank accounts averaging $441,800.00,
    Pesos, Mexico currency,  per month,  for the past twelve months

    Temporary Mexico Residency Through Mexican Spouse or Temporary Resident
    Card holder
    Applicants  can apply for Temporary Residency if they can prove they are marry to a
    Mexican national or Temporary Resident Card Holder.  Under this category the spouse  
    will be granted a temporary residency for 1, 2, 3  or 4 years.

    Temporary Mexico Residency Through Retirement/Pension or Employment Income
    Applicants  can apply for Temporary Residency if they can proof  they are
    retirees/pensioners or employed and their monthly income is  $26,508.00, Mexico
    currency for (6) consecutive months  prior applying.  OR  Investments of $441,800.00, for  
    (12)  consecutive months prior applying.

    Temporary Residency through income must start in a Mexican Consulate or Embassy,
    prior entering Mexico. Through Mexican spouse,  or child  can begin in Mexico.
