SPECIAL NOTE FOR U.S. VISA APPLICANTS WITH AN APPOINTMENT IN TIJUANA U.S. CONSULATE SEEKING FOR MEXICO VISA: If your nationality is not in the list below and you have a valid U.S. VISA in your passport you will be treated the same, in other words you do not have to go to the Mexican Consulate in U.S.A. and get a Mexican Visa, you just need to stop at the border and obtain the tourist visa form FMM if you are assisted by SAN DIEGO LEISURE AGENT he will stop at the border in the same day of the ASC appointment, it takes about 15 minutes.

No electronic devises are allowed into the consulate, before you enter the consulate you have to go thru x ray machine so there is no way you will BE allow to bring those items. There is no place in TIJUANA U.S. CONSULATE to store anything leave you cellphones and laptops in your hotel room. If you are concern to leave them in hotel room just store them at hotel reception and get a receipt, couple of dollars tip for the bellmen or receptionist will be good idea believe or not your items will be safe.
Can we pick up passport at DHL office with US driver’s license?
The passport for third country nationals not Mexican are returned in the U.S. Consulate you will need your receipt and U.S. Driver License is Ok…
