If  you go fishing in Mexico’s Coronado Island you will have to pay per trip,  the official FMM FEE is 294.00 PESOS about $24.00, U.S.  but  third party agencies  non government  apparently authorized  by the INM will be charging a fee to provide these  forms.  The INM should pay a commission to these third party agencies and not inflate the 294 PESOS about $24.00, price.

You can go straight from TOURIST VISA FMM TO FM2. Some Mexico Immigration offices request to have the FM3 first but they are wrong,  the information clerk desk personnel  do not know much of the immigration law.  Contact Jorge Gonzalez at jorge@sandiegoleisure.com  he can file for  your FM2 and you do not need to have an FM3.
